What forms of payment do you accept?
Customers can order through the website using a credit/debit card.  Alternatively orders can be paid by cheque or postal order – if you wish to make a payment by cheque or postal order, you must send your order through the post to Simply HE, P.O. Box 269, Barnstaple, EX32 2AL.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do despatch orders to oversees – postage charges will apply and will be charged at the current rate applicable (prices subject to change).

How do I keep track of my order?

  1. 1. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
  2. 2. You can then track your order using ‘My Account’ and our on-line tracking facility – this allows you to view your complete order history, along with the current status of each order.  From time to time we may despatch your order in separate shipments as stock is made available.
  3. 3.  If an order is held in backorder we will endeavour to supply this to you within 28 days – if there are any further delays you will be notified.

     

    How much do you charge for delivery?

    Postage and packing for the UK is charged at £1.99 for orders below £30 and postage if free on all orders over £30.  Overseas postage is charged at the current applicable rate and is subject to change.

    What is your returns policy?

    We strive to ensure our customers are happy customers. To this end, if you are unhappy with a product for any reason, you can return the product to us within 30 days under our full money back guarantee.  Should you wish to return an item, please ensure you enclose your full details so a credit can be issued correctly, and post to: Simply Home Entertainment, PO Box 855, Northampton, NN4 4AX.

    If the product is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the price of the product. Replacements will be dispatched upon the receipt of a returned item.

    We are happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is due to our error. We will accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in the condition they were originally sent. A full refund will be issued for the price of the product if the goods are returned as detailed, within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
